Our small, lovingly run Almiva Apartments offer just four exclusive holiday apartments in one of Castelrotto’s most beautiful locations: sunny and quiet, yet only a short walk from the charming village centre. There you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a bakery, a pharmacy, restaurants and small shops.
The house is the ideal starting point for walks, hikes and varied discovery tours. Whether you are seeking peace and quiet or wish to be active during your holiday, here you can enjoy the perfect combination of nature, relaxation and mountain experiences.
When designing our holiday apartments, we placed particular emphasis on natural materials, quality and living comfort. We used only organic materials, fine natural stone and local woods. The result is a warm, healthy atmosphere in which you will feel at home from the very first moment.
The bus stop, just 50 metres away, provides easy access to some of the most beautiful destinations in the region. Whether you are planning a summer holiday with stunning views of the Dolomites, an autumn break in the fresh mountain air or a winter holiday close to the Alpe di Siusi ski slopes, the Almiva Apartments are the perfect place to experience the very best of the Sciliar area.

All our accessible holiday apartments feature a spacious terrace with sun loungers and a dining table. Here, you can enjoy a cosy evening meal while taking in the stunning sunset. There is also a private sunbathing lawn on the ground floor – a peaceful spot to relax and unwind.

Prices are based on a stay for two people per day. An additional charge of €30.00 to €50.00 per day applies for each extra person, depending on the season and age.
